Voucha Pty Ltd ATF The Voucha Unit Trust (“Voucha”) operates thewebsite www.voucha.com.au and provides users a service where they can buy gift cards from us and sell their unwanted gift cards to us (“Voucha Services”). Gift cards purchased from us may be pre-owned by third-party individuals or sold directly to users by the retailer through Voucha Services.
We recognize that to run our business successfully, we must maintain high standards when it comes to how we collect, hold, use and disclose your information. We have established a number of protocols to help us keep your information secure and ensure that it is strictly used and disclosed in accordance with our privacy policy (the "Policy").
What information do we collect and hold?
Personal information you give us
In order to use Voucha Services, we may collect the following information from you:
name;
address;
contact details (including phone number and email address); and
bank and PayPal account details
If you wish to sell a gift card to us, we will also ask you to provide information about that gift card. This information may include:
the name of the retailer;
the balance on the gift card;
the expiry date of the gift card; and
the gift card number and PIN code.
Information we get when you use Voucha Services
If you are you use Voucha Services, you will leave a 'digital footprint' with us. That digital footprint tells us a range of different things about you. This information includes:
details in our sever logs which tell us how you used Voucha Services;
Internet Protocol (IP) addresses used to access Voucha Services;
geolocation data indicating your location; and
dates and times that you use Voucha Services.

We may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested. If the information sought is expensive, we will advise the likely cost in advance and can help to refine your request if required.
